L&L Hawaiian Barbecue

On 01/23/23 at 1:10 pm, I came in to eat lunch, I ordered and paid, after paying I forgot that I was put in a “book” for a previous order mess up! And that I had a free meal. Anyway I asked this cashier if she could check the book to see if I was in fact in there so I could use it next time. She said “I can but I need to help them first” I said ok. I got my food and several minutes later, even with no customers she forgot. I asked her after I was done eating and she said rudely “no I haven’t had time, I’m the only one up here and I can’t just leave” I said ok and I asked another employee that was in the lobby. He went and checked and was in fact still in the book. While he was checking into this I could hear the female telling a cook “this man asked about a book and I told him there is no book, he told me well can you go check in the back, and I told him there’s no book and I can’t just leave when I have customers” she’s a liar, she never said this to me and obviously there is a “book” for customers with messed up orders. This is the second time I’ve been here and had problems with this same girl being rude! We give your restaurant a lot of business, hopefully you’ll take this serious and offer her some more training. Or we can go elsewhere.
