LensCrafters

On July 11th (2015) I purchased (lens/frames) from my local lens crafters store at the Mall at Victor Valley. I was highly dissatisfied with the overall experience which has left me needing new frames entirely because the current fit is crooked. The clerk who sold my glasses to me initially gave them to me in the wrong case and did not ask me to try on the glasses while I was in the store in case adjustments were needed, I thought this was grossly unprofessional considering the importance of having properly fitted frames and lenses. I want a new set of frames of the same value as my initial purchase.
