Hello my name is zachary kuncher I am a every day shopper of ross and I got harassed by the security or loss prevention guy so I walk into the store on 1400 Lincoln Blvd, Venice, CA 90291 and I ask the greeter at the door if I may use the restroom he says yes the restroom is in the fitting room so I go back and use the restroom not even 5min go by and he comes banging on the door and states I got 5min to get out or he's coming in the restroom I simple state I'm not finished I'm sorry I'm trying to hurry then he gets loud and starts to threaten me I get out of the bathroom and he escorts me out of the store and would not let me purchase anything the mans name was Louis
