We purchased a Frigidaire refrigerator through Home Depot in March of 2021. Approximately in June, we started to phone home depot about strange noises that our refrigerator was making. We were referred to the Frigidaire [protected] line, as we were told that the refrigerator was under the one year warranty from Frigidaire. We have since called multiple times and have had about 5-6 service calls for the refrigerator that was not pouring water at all, no longer making ice cubes, and at one point creating huge blocks of ice under the freezer drawer (making it difficult to even close the drawer). As of yesterday, I have called Home depot and frigidaire, insisting that they replace the refrigerator. The serviceman that came out yesterday ordered another part and said he would return again within two weeks. This issue with the faulty refrigerator has gone on too long and it appears that we are given the runaround simply to reach the year deadline, at which point we will receive no more support with the faulty refrigerator.
