BeachBody

Beachbody is a total rip off and a bunch of thieves. I ordered a set of dvds from them in June that I didn't like, too hard on my knees. I returned them exactly as instructed (called, got authorization #, wrote on outside of box, etc..). I got a refund on my credit card and never heard from them again...until today, November 17, 2009.
This very RUDE woman calls and asks if I will authorize my $79 monthly payment to go through. On WHAT I ask her, I don't own anything from your company. She says it's from 'something I ordered'. I tell her I want to know WHAT and I'm not going to authorize payment on anything I don't know what I'm paying for. I am very nice and polite about it, just asking a logical question.
She gets all snotty about it and says she has sent me letters and has called many times. I never got any letters, she has never called, never left any phone msgs. And still...I don't OWN anything from this stupid company and she wants me to authorize taking out $79/month from my credit card?
Finally, she says she is sending me to collection RIGHT NOW and hangs up on me.

I reported this to Better Business Bureau. This company is such a bunch of thieves.
