I paid the balance that was due on my account and for some some reason continue to keep getting charged outragious fees associated with my account the onsite property manager continues to keep charging me fees continues I just paid what was owed on my account B177 location Stockton, Ca my name is Melvin Lesley I am a military Veteran I did pay on my account before the 30th of the month.
Account number 60012664 this property manager has cut my personal lock and put a lock on my stuff and I feel I have things missing from my storage I did do a complete inventory of every item in my storage and I did sign up for insurance and I am being billed unnecessarily of fees associated with my account.
A check was mailed to that location a non profit agency called Insight housing has sent a check to the 1011 E march lane Stockton, ca location its been two weeks and for some reason this property manager have not processed that check associated with my account the check is enough to pay up my storage for 3 months.
the non-profit agency name is Insight housing there phone number is (510) 459-8886 gentlemen name is Leo Im giving public storage to share any information associated with my account.
Desired outcome: to correct these billing issues my account was paid today November 29,2023 and a Check was sent to the 1011 E March Ln, Stockton, Ca 95210 which was also be applied to my account.
