In November 3, of 2023 a delivery guy was schedule to pick up my two boxes, one extra large and one large. He asked me to cancel the extra box when I told him that there was a small generator in it he said that I have to pay extra I said no problem. But suddenly he said he had to cancel it because it is not allowed. So, I said no problem. Only the large box was taken. I just wonder why until now my personal check as part of my payment has not yet been processed. So I was thinking that the box was not delivered to the warehouse as the pick up guy seems unhappy with his job as he is lacked of proper training.
