Bank of America

I complain about manager Markanthony Anonical who work at Bank Of America in South Lake Tahoe California. I have appointment with him at 08-28-2023 9:30 am. I got there on time and said hello to him. Then waiting for him at service area. After awhile another customer came in sitting there. Mark walk to us. Just took second one to his office. let me wait. I talk to him that I am the first one be there and I have appointment in this time also. why not me get first service? He didn’t explain and said if you don’t want to wait you can leave. I feel very upset treat me not fair and rude. I am Bank of America client been 17 years. I am very disappointed and upset. I feel I didn’t be respected. I hope can apologize from Bank of America. I think I be treat as this because I have Asian face.
