CVS

We went to the CVS on Green Valley Rd. In Cameron Park, Calif. & At the register we had our coupons & 32% off to use & we gave the person working the register my phone # [protected] & they put my phone # in multiple times & each time they said my phone # does NOT exist. I was very upset. I have been shopping CVS for over 10+ years with that phone #. My husband was very mad. I called your support line at (800) 746-7287 & the man John on the CVS phone line said that my phone # does not exist with CVS. I gave him my e-mail, [protected]@yahoo.com, & that did not exist either. I got a reference # from him (S-5103542) Finally we just left the store at CVS very upset & Irritated & mad. This happened today, Jan. 9th. 2022 at 2:40 PM. @ Register # 2 & also it happened again at the pharmacy there. We ended up leaving & getting nothing, not even my husband's Robert Item, his prescription filled. SAD! Never has this happened to me. CVS support & NO ONE at the CVS can tell my why this happened!
