Hello i was a paying customer in the panera bread restaurant in Los Alamitos CA,
on 8/26/2023 ordered the pulled pork sandwich. A roach ran across the table and on top of that fruit flies were everywhere i Believe the manager on shift name was heather. I mentioned it to her, and she just said OK well do something about that. I'm in the restaurant business so it was disturbing. The restaurant needs to be tented and professionally fumigated.

Desired outcome: No Refund wanted that should have been offered by the manager at the time of complaint.
