We entered the store, were asked to put on masks, which we didn't have, so we asked for some, was told they didn't have any. We then asked where to purchase some, the cashier just pointed. She then said to the customer in line, she didn't understand how nobody knows to have a mask. Now, how she spun this to us not knowing from, we didn't have any - is alarming. That she is talking about us, to her customer in line, is childish and antagonistic. When I told her I could hear her, she neither apologized or acknowledged me. Is this how you train employees to treat the people that come into your stores? We the people who make it possible for her to receive a paycheck from you? The store manager then came and thanked the customer in line for sticking up for her. Um, she was never put down or challenged. What did happen is we asked questions, which the cashier was clearly agitated with. Here is an idea, how about your stores are supplied with masks since this is a requirement. How about you train your employees how to actually be of service.
Desired outcome: Make sure you have masks available at stores, in areas where required. Make sure you have employees who actually know what customer service
