Home Depot - Window replacement

I needed to replace arch window with sunburst grid in my home in Hayward. I went to Home Depot on Hesperian Blvd. to make an appointment and I met with Steven Johnston Sales Consultant on June 30, 2019. On July 14, 2019 I signed Home Improvement Agreement, job # [protected]. The biggest mistake I could make. I paid my down payment and I was ensured that work can be done on Saturday. According to Agreement delivery was supposed to happen in 6 weeks between September 8 and October 6, 2019. Yeah, should I only knew. Installations are not done on Saturdays and nobody cares that I work full time and needed to take time off.
The first installation attempt was August 14, 2019 - installers brought wrong size window. The second attempt was scheduled for September 6, 2019 but was cancelled at the last minute, because window went missing. Apparently it was sent to Sacramento, CA and I live in Hayward, CA. The third time Installation was supposed to happen on October 4, 2019 but that time installers had wrong window. At that point I got really upset and called several times Home Depot Team San Francisco Regional Services as well as installation manager, Pirthy Jassi ph: 408-834-6325, who stopped returning my calls. Next scheduled installation was December 20, 2019. Nobody showed up and no one called to apologize. Next I got a call that installation is scheduled for February 28, 2020 and few days later another call that installation is scheduled for February 14, 2020. Lady on the phone could not explain to me what happen with the February 28 installation (I already asked for time off at work).
Finally February 14, 2020. Installers were supposed to show up between 3 and 5 PM. They show up after 6 PM, it was already dark, installation took about 2 hours, window is dirty, and how they could clean it in the dark?
NEVER, EVER sign an agreement with Home Depot. I spent so much time on the phone being ignored by customer service. THEIR SERVICE IS A JOKE! I took so much time off from work, WAITED SEVEN MONTHS! This is not acceptable!
I expect a full refund from the Home Depot.
