BareMinerals / Bare Escentuals Beauty - ripped off

my son order a trial offer fron them he expected it would only cost 29.95 like advertised on tv but soon we found out different when he gave it to me I called and cancelled it and the man I spoke with said to use it to the date of dec 8th even though I wanted to send it back that day which I should have and wanted to but the man would not give me there address and my son threw away the box it came in. I ask there sells rep again for the address but he said again it would be emailed to me not to worry just use the makeup to dec 8th. then on dec 9th I went online to balance my check book and found that on dec 8th at 10:00 p.m they charge my account $130.41 not even knowing if I had mailed it back or not I called them on the 9th to try and work something out with them because they never emailed me there address but they refuse and wounld not even let me talk to a supervisor. I then went on the internet and did find a po box address for them and had my son mail there makeup to that address on dec 10th but they still won't give me back the $130.41 they stolen from me I am disable and on S SD and only get 784.00 monthly so I guess I won't eat for this month thanks to them I did file a complaint with the better buisness bureau about them and I do not plan on stopping there I will continue until they refund my $130.41 after all I have nothing but time to do so and you can bet that is what I am going to do!

BareMinerals / Bare Escentuals Beauty - no refund for merchandise not redieved

I sent in for a trail of makeup that was advertised on the internet. I never got anything. My credit card was charged. I call first to state that I did not want to have an account for any additional makeup. I was told that if I did get the trial to send it back. I never got it. I checked my statement and the company charged me three times. One for the trial on 11/20 for $4.95. Then on 11/23 for $1.75 for a donation I never knew about. Then on 12/3 I was charged $90.41. I called that day and talked to a Steve and he said I was charged for the trial I was sent. I never got it. Who would pay all that money for makeup. It has to be a scam. Since it was a Sunday he said I would get a call back the next day. I spoke to an Amy who said she was the boss. She said she had verification that the product was delivered to my address. She could not refund me because I did not respond in the alloted amount of time. But I did. She then stated I could get a $45 dollar credit only. I want all my money back. I emailed the company three times. They responded by thanking me for my email but no results. I just want my money back.

BareMinerals / Bare Escentuals Beauty - Return not refunded

After trying the make-up I decided that the product was not for me. I returned the product and then got a few phone calls from a representative at Bare Escentuals. Even though they send you a 30 day supply and say try it for 60 days and if you don't like it send the rest back for a refund... they decided that I had used to MUCH PRODUCT and therefore were not willing to refund my money. Then they told my credit card company that they had never received the product return, so that they could keep the money. Next they sent out a second shipment, an automatic shipment, and told the credit company that I had even called to reorder the product, trying to make a better case for themselves. You would think that after I spoke to their rep several times that they would have canceled any automatic shipments. I refused them as they arrived.

Same experience. Bought "free" starter kit - IT Is NOT FREE firstly and didn't like it. Called to cancel my membership and thought it was done. Then the bills start to arrive 2 mos later on my credit card even though I canceled shipment of the product. They give you 90 days to try it, but 30 days to return it. I canceled within a week but was never told I'd have to return the used makeup (ew, who would want it now anyways?) and now I'm stuck paying $60 for something I don't even like. I'll be telling everyone I know this company sucks and it's a total marketing scam. Told the phone operator that if I wanted to spend $60 I would have ordered full sized to try the products instead of this kit which included a *bonus mascara and *bonus eyeshadow I didn't like nor would I have ordered in the first place.
