As I walked into the store I was greeted not so nice. Because I'm petite. She the employee (Judy) greeted me welcome "Shorty". I felt being judged because I was short. I want to be treated with respect going into a store where I shop. I shop there at least once or every other week.

Employee needs to be trained on how to respect customers. This is called harassment. No matter what color, race, height.
