I recently visited one of the branch stores in downtown San Diego, CA and the manager just came right next to the cashier who was helping me and shouted, "You've always been like that! I remember you from last time! You're card is always declined." Apparently, she remembered my last visit, which was about a few months ago, and my debit card declined that time too. However, that is not the main issue, the main issue is that she disrespectfully told me in such a tone that is unacceptable. I mean, what business does she have about my finances? Not everyone is rich and many people have financial troubles. I do not find her tone acceptable and to find it worse, she had to tell me off like that in front of other customers. I mean what did I do to her for her to talk to me like that. All I wanted to do was pay for the mattress I wanted to purchase. I'm appalled.
When I asked her for her name, she arrogantly wrote her name down on the back of my receipt. Her name is Kim, and she even included her phone number which I will not disclose here. So guys, if you go to a Salvation Army store in downtown San Diego, CA, watch out for her.
