The Original Cloud Slide

I placed an order with The Original Cloud Slide hoping to have my shoes within 3-5 business days. It has been over a week and I haven’t received a shipping notification or anything. There is a number to text, which I have reached out to, but no response yet. The phone number to call has a mailbox, but it is full. This is by far the worst customer service experience I’ve had with any company and I will most likely NEVER order from them again. Starting to worry this is a complete scam!
