Walked in waived Big Gulp cup, said refund, lady saw me. Man rang me up, got very nasty when I wanted my 60 cents back. NOT MY problem. Then he refused to let me add my phone no. I got spicy big bite. Just rude. Those two Ethiopians are evil. The evening guy is GREST! PERSONALITY PLUS! Not those two: they've probably lost you a ton of dough!
