Red Roof Inn

Around six weeks ago I stayed at the Red Roof Inn at the Elk Groove location in Cal. the rate was 436.00 for the four night stay in a suite. The next work trip the rate was 630.00 for the same amount of days (4 nights) The following week we returned for work again and the rate was close to 600.00 for the same amount of time, in 2 days they removed the second refrigerator from the room. I asked the desk person why and received no response. That same week we did not receive any House keeping for the entire week. we decided to give it another chance and now the rates are 660.00 for the same amount of time. Later that evening the cooler fan was not working so the front desk was notified. A response of there is nothing they can do except give me a 10.00 credit towards the room in which I asked for a refund so we could go stay elsewhere and was told they cant because we were here a couple hours already.
