Hi I ordered online an hour ago and the online tracker showed the order had not been started yet. I called the store to see the status and cancel if they hadn't started it. The phone rang for two minutes and no one answered. Maybe no one is there? I am requesting a refund. I've ordered many times and this is the biggest issue I've had. (I've had some other issues but not complained before.)
