I received a nice king size tufted bed as an anniversary gift on May 2019, few months later when I was changing bed sheets; I noticed lots of rips on a footboard from inside !? I called customer service and been told that I need to give them a name and a phone number and an order number of the purchaser! Otherwise they cannot help me! I asked to talk to a manager- she won't transfer me!?
I will never wish or purchase a furniture from ZGallerie!
