CVS

I visited CVS pharmacy 12/16/2021 for my Covid booster appointment and didn't went well. Upon my arrival I presented a paper with my name and proceeded to explain the reason for my visit and with no greetings of any kind and displaying bad attitude, the clerk just ushered me to an isle to take a seat and wait. This off course, got me anxious and upset about her treatment and told that with that attitude she should not be working around people, and the clerk just canceled the appointment.

Unfortunately I didn't take the name of the clerk or pharmacist name. But this person and all pharmacy personnel should be trained in people skills and how to deal with people in general.
