1/17/2024. 12:30 pm Engine 8275 came through Downtown Sacramento blowing his horn all the way into town from the South side. Stopped honking around T street. This has been going on consistently for the past two weeks or so. A stack train came through about 25 minutes prior with NO HORN. If it's not necessary for the Stack train why is necessary for the Bulk train?
Claimed loss: Disrupting my business (I work from home), my sleep (happened last night at 11:30 and my quality of life.
Desired outcome: Stop!
