Dollar Tree - Horrible employee behavior

I'm dissatisfied with the rude inappropriate behavior I received from an employees family at the dollar tree in Rialto, CA at 5:22 pm Saturday 2.19.22.

Location: 182 East Baseline Ave

Rialto CA 92376

About one month ago I received horrible service at the Dollar Tree from a heavy set African American female (All managers have refused to give me her name), as she is the only African American female, I believe that works there.

I presented in the store at about 8:48 pm, as the store closes at 9pm, in which I'm well aware. The moment I entered the store she yells violently "WE CLOSE IN 10 MIN MAAM." As I looked at her and said nothing. Then throughout my shopping she keeps reiterating that the store is closing. So I proceeded to ignore that badgering behavior from the employee. I then get in the line and the Hispanic woman behind me made a comment upon how rude it was for this employee to keep stating what was known to both of us in a rude belligerent tone. All I did was conquer with the customer behind me. So when she started checking me out, she was slamming my products on the scanner and rolling her eyes. I asked what's the problem, she then lost her professionalism and started going back and forth.

One week later, I went in when this employee was not there, because she frightened me with her demeanor. I spoke to a Hispanic Manager and she said she would handle; however this situation got worse and my guess is, this Manager did nothing.

Today 2.19.22, I was next door to the Dollar Tree making a purchase at Mikes Liquor. A man comes up to me appearing to be drunk and belligerent. He states, I heard you have been messing with my daughter. I said no sir, I complained on her for bad service a month ago. And he left stating you better leave my daughter alone or else.

Then I proceed to walk out the store and his wife is yelling outside of the car, "[censored] leave my daughter alone", I informed her that her daughter was rude and I complained in which is my right. She then proceeded to get out her car and try to chase me and say "[censored] I'll [censored] you up", also while calling me other obscenities. I then ran to my car frightened for my life over a simple lack of courtesy issue. This family had to be waiting on me to ambush me.

Desired outcome: I want a phone call ASAP at [protected]
