When I used the Gas Pump # 7, it asked me if I need car wash and I pressed "NO", but when the receipt printed, there was a charge of $16.99 for "Reg Wash Early Bird". When I went inside to complain and ask for refund, the cashier asked me to come back later in the day. This is quite unacceptable. First of all, this sneaky charge shouldn't have happened. If I had not noticed, they would have just kept the money. I am not sure how many people have been charged liked this and this should be investigated.

Then when I went inside to complain and ask for refund of the $16.99, the cashier asked me to come back. This is not acceptable at all.

Please take appropriate action right away and let me know.
