Round Table Pizza - Pizza and how long it took and food was cold

I ordered a large chicken garlic Supreme pizza and a salad on sunday evening. It took them 2hrs and 10 min to get mt pizza to me. When i got it the pizza was cold and soggy. When i tried to call to find out what was going where my order was it would tell me someone will be with me shortly then hung up. After6 tries on the phone i finally got someone who then put me on hold for 16 minutes and 32 seconds. When he came back on i asked where my pizza was mind you it has been 97 minutes since i ordered they said oh it left about 10 minutes ago we had to call doordash to deliver it. It finally arrived 34 minutes later. When i tried to call and tell them it was cold i got the same thing ir would hang up on me and after 8 times i finally gave up. I spent almost $50.00 dollars on pizza that we couldn't even eat and i couldn't complain about it either it. I live roundtable pizza but this kind of service makes me want to go somewhere else. If someone could please call me i would appreciate it very much.
