Today 7/16/2021 I went to the the store 7884 Van Nuys Blvd. I had awful experience going into the dressing room. When trying on clothing the associate had asked me to put up my clothing to be counted. Not only did she indicate the instructions passive aggressive. But at the end of trying on the items. She re-checked my items as if I had stolen something. Gave me an attitude. Then made me feel belittled by an item missing a security tag that prior to my entering of the fitting room was not on it. I came to this location with my mother in law and my boyfriend. They had the same experience. I have a well informed understanding of the procedures that need to be done for customer service and LP. No where does it say to give attitude to a customer. I looked for a manager after the fact and found that she was saying that we (the customers) simply did not want to put the hangers on the rack. Then she stated that she felt attacked. This was so disgusting because she even made the staff believe to be true. I will be going back tomorrow morning to make sure that this is dealt with appropriately with a district manager or the owner of the store. I am not a happy customer.
Desired outcome: I want for this employee to be fired.
