Only accepting packages with Labels when UPS require no packaging by using QC code such Manager, today at 12:00pm. Refused to accept drop-off. Manager only accepting packages, she wants to accept the easy ones with Labels.
Went to; UPS 47th street location in Palmdale, 93550. Long line Corona Virus haven. Risk life just trying to make a drop-off. Sorry [censored] UPS more problems than solutions. I have dropped-off at this location before without problems. Manager appear to me to be lazy as well as unprofessional. Whose leg did she hump to get the job
Desired outcome: Fire the Manager for Senior Citizen abuse a Felony.Violation of American with disabilities act.
