Costco - Costco Tire Center

I bought 4 new tires from Costco where I've always bought them. About 6 months ago my car was hit in a parking lot leaving a dent, white paint, and the hubcap was gone.

It definitely had a wobble. I explained what happened to Costco on 5 occasions, and was assured each time all was well. I don't drive often, so there's only been a few thousand miles driven on my car. Today I was told the tires needed to be replaced, and the warranty would cover it had I been hit, but this was due to my lack of maintenance. I was hit, which they know, and how much more diligent could I have been than to have them service my car 5 times? Did they lie to me 5 times in order to sell new tires?

Desired outcome: Cover the 2 damaged tires.

Thanks to Costco Tire Center, it will cost more than the tires to be fixed.

Costco - david yerby pharmacist at costco in oxnard ca

I visited Costco today to put in a prescription for Narco. I am a senior citizen who had a failed back surgery which left me crippled. Recently I was diagnosed with Lymphoma and am currently under treatment. I am very sick and weak because of this and live in Ojai which is far from Oxnard. It is very difficult for me to drive that distance to drop off my prescription and come back the next day or so when it is ready.I have no support system and cannot afford a taxi to go that distance. I am too ill to wait there for the time it takes to get the prescription ready. Today I asked David Yerby the pharmacist if I could leave the prescriptions there so that I did not have to come back and make an extra trip. I know the policy for these kinds of drugs is very strict but I was asking for some special assistance. He basically wouldn't give me the time of day and just waved me off. I started to cry and told him my doctor would re-write the prescription and put specific instructions or whatever he needed to protect Costco's policy and liability. He was rude and just not interested. I also asked for a chair as I cannot stand for more than a few minutes because of my disability. None was provided. David needs some detailed training in dealing with sick people. He is very cold and does not represent your store well particularly in this particular department. He is not selling cookies but dealing with various degrees of people who are suffering, infirm and dying. Thank you.
