Emily is the managers name and on 28 November I Cain in with my kids to watch a movie. I didn't want to be forced to sit with any one so I left a space available for me and a person. I was informed by the manager that I could not sit their. I then explained why do I need to sit next to another person. She explained that it's so we can fit every one in the theater. So forget how I feel and forget that I get around other people near me because of ptsd let's fill in every one when the movie I sent even close to being filled. She said this is her rule. I don't even no if it's the company rule or not.
The theater is not obligated to refuse to let people choose a seat by you because you don't want to sit near anyone. If you have PTSD and can't be around a lot of people, plan your movie going trips for matinees when things will be less crowded.
