At 7-11 on Lewis St and Garden Grove Blvd in Orange, Calif. I work in the same building & stop into 7-11 for drinks (horchata is the best) or to buy lottery tickets after work.
From the very first time I entered that 7-11 sometime in May 2022, the female associate who wears her hair in braids, I don't know her name, gets really upset when I let her know fountain drinks are empty (which is often). Recently, she started commenting about my purchasing lotto tix & saying I'm always complaining about empty fountain drinks & why don't I get drinks from my own store next time. She went on & on about me to her fellow associate & in front of other customers. When I asked why is she talking about me like that I was told to just ignore her so I did & cashed out & left.
Next day my boss tells me that same 7-11 female associate told my workmate that I'm sleeping in my car in parking lot and I'm not, I parked there after work using our Wi-Fi sometimes then I leave.
I reported the 7-11 female associate to corporate & left a review, where I read other reviews about the same associate at that same 7-11 doing the same thing to other customers.
After calming my boss down who was upset thinking I'm sleeping in my car in parking lot, I got so stressed & dreaded entering that 7-11 so I avoided it for a few days & tried to forget about the situation & move on. When I finally did enter the 7-11, that same female associate yells at me telling me to "get out and never come back". I was upset and even scared, so I proceeded to my work next door and have been upset & very stressed about this ever since. Why am I not allowed in that 7-11 when I am the victim here?
Thank you for your time with this issue.
