Metro by T-Mobile - Cellular Phone/Customer Service

Unscrupulous business locations (1811 Park Blvd, Oakland, CA and 9711 International Blvd, Oakland, CA - Mr. Wadhah). The locations do not apply Instant rebates, charges exorbitant customers prices, do not honor 7-Day Return Promise, AS ADVERTISED BY METROPCS. Acct. #44281, Invoice#91141.

The locations and 3 others that is connected and lead by same manager/leader is taking advantage of the community and treating us like we have no voice and/or other options!

They are rude and abusive.
