The service I received at crunch fitness from the manager of the club was rude and unprofessional. He was condescending and arrogant. He was not helpful in resolving my main concern and issues. His name is iven he is the head manager at the Norwalk crunch fitness one alondra Blvd. He used profanity towards me. And argued with me in front of other customers and employees.
