Gardy is the representative who signed me up for a gym membership (peak) to be exact. He promised me a $1 promotion fee to sign up. When I got home, my bank statement showed $88.95 deducted from crunch fitness at reseda location. This was the first week of december. Tirrell & randy have had me in a limbo without any sign of a true refund since then.
I have proof of all emails or me trying my best to be professional and take care of this issue. This management team has no respect.
I have called every single day, and i have got through to speak with Randy. However, he comes up with an excuse every time and says he will send me an email. I have not received not one email. I have walked in and he still cannot manage to get me a refund. I feel highly disappointed.
