7-Eleven - The manager very unprofessional, disrespectful most negative and threatened me without reason

I am a daily regular at 4221 MacArthur Blvd. Newport Beach, 7-Eleven. I made a purchase with a female employee who was nice, I asked to use microwave. Then I asked to use the sink to wash my hands right next to the microwave and she said it was okay. I went out to make a phone call. Came back inside a few moments later (5minutes) and after I ate what I purchased I needed to wash my hands again so I walked in went to the sink and turned it on and then a different Worker, yelled at me and said these exact words. Hey! You not allowed use the sink. You can't go back on this side which actually the microwave and the sink are at. the corner of center of store and corner of behind the counter and on the opposite side of where she's standing near the register which is near the entrance and glass Window. Theirs another sink that's actually behind the counter which is for the employees to use and the sink at the edge counter also near the front slurpy seems like it's customer accessible. She yelled at me as if I was nobody with a serious attitude. I replied. I was just in the store making purchases and I didn't see you and the other nice female employee gone who gave me permission to use sink. So then I also said well I'm sorry if I was supposed to ask again or ask every employee I see if I can use the sink. So do you mind if I use the sink an wash my hands quickly which I always clean after finishing any water left behind. She replied. Well your already using it. I said so should I not use it or can I.

She then replied. I am the manager with an attitude and yelling across the store in front of other customers. Then she threatens me and says. You know what.

I call police. With her personal cell phone.

I then was confused why she would say that an kind of ignored it as I finished finding my hands for a few seconds then grabbed some napkins and was leaving and didn't see any reason for such a rude response and disrespectful attitude and for someone to be a manager and act this way. Is very impulsive and unqualified.

If this was my store and my manager acted this way towards my customers I would immediately suspend them without pay for a month and have them write a letter of how a manager should act in the store. Their duties and how to treat customers and why they acted in such a negative disrespectful way and how to prevent it from happening again. And if they think what they did and how they acted was right or was it wrong and explain according to their answer.

And last. When is it necessary to contact the police and was that situation a reason to call police and what exactly would you be complaining to the police and what is the reason for the call and request? And is it necessary for such a situation.

I was very polite and respectful and apologized and explained I was just in here.

Then I also said. Thank you very much an I appreciate that. Next time I'll be sure to ask everytime I need to use sink or ask all the workers, is that better? As she's serving customers at register, she's also on the phone trying to call the Police. Then she yells I'm the manager. As if she owns the store kind of attitude. And yells.

Your not allowed here.

And I kinda ignored what she said as if I didn't know who she was saying it to.

So I smiled and said. Thank you an have a wonderful day.

Then walking out of the store she hung up her personal cell phone that she was using to call police or whoever. I've never ever once had such a rude and disrespectful employee or. mansger at any other 7-eleven in my life.

The manager description is Older Hispanic Mexican women, short and weighs over 200 LBS.

I highly recommend that this store replace their manager with a qualifed professional and positive individual and honestly all the employees all meet these qualities and the manager is the complete opposite. This complaint will be posted and sent to every single website related to 7-eleven such as customer service, corporate, head quarters and franchise board and wherever I can relay this. Complaint regarding this manager who gave me the worst experience especially for meeting for the first time.

Honestly she treated me worst than a homeless bum. Until she noticed me in my custom special edition convertible Mercedes. She probably felt dumb and honestly the way she acted and spoke to me was as if I was a homeless or a bum from streets possibly because I was wearing a tank top but I wear expensive jewelry. It's not hard to tell that I'm a normal human being, entrepreneur business owner by the attitude and respect I have. But to devalue me and treat me like a homeless. Is absolutely unacceptable. I will continuously post and blog on this store until a new manger is replaced and terminate this rude overweight obese women who has no manners or respect to customers.

By the way theirs a good reason why theirs 2 sinks in the store. One behind the counter near the center and one about 10 feet away at the end of the counter where you enter to go behind counter but on the opposite side of the register which is around 60-75 feet away or further. One sink seems to be for employees to use before handling cooked foods. And the other seems to be for customers Incase they get soda spilled or slurpy on their hands. And theirs no soap so it's just water. I also noticed there wasn't any soap on the other sink as I looked over from the front of the counter where customers can walk and buy things. So the employees are not even washing their hands with soap before handling food items. And I believe it's the manager duty to address this and correct it. Instead she wanted to act like. I am the manager and I can do and say what I want. Yeah but you don't own the store as a manger job is to manage the store for the owners in the most professional way possible.

That being said.

Lastly, I spend a lot of money daily at this particular location which is down the street from my business.

I'm not sure if I feel comfortable going back there anymore because of their particular manager. Threatening to. call police for using the sink to rinse my hands And yelling at me saying I'm not allowed there. Like who does she think she is. What good reason is there to speak to a customer this way for using the sink which another employee had given me permission to use. And all the other employees allow me to use when I'm at the store and never have I been told I am not allowed to use that sink which is actually outside of the back counter where theirs a entrance to go behind counter.

Desired outcome: Replace the manager with a professional who's qualified who understands customer service customer relation and communication.Someone who first asks questions before overreacting
