i puchased a 14k solid gold chain and the weight of it was really light deceided to return it had it for only 5 days went to return it and they said they cant just because i took the tag off i still had the tag and receit they declined my return ive been all about macys since i was a kid my mom turned me on to macys im very disappointed in them :(if you cant return my purchase im done doing buisness with you guys
if you don't like it, then don't buy it
you should know that, since you have been around since you were a kid
people nowadays are getting more stupid and entitled by the minute...
