I do not like to complain, however, the young man who was the clerk on March 8th, 2016 just before 5 PM was extremely arrogant and rude. An old woman carrying 2 bags of ice was waiting in a long line struggling to carry them for so long and when he asked her how her day was going she understandably said it would have gone better had I not had to hold all this ice for so long. At that point the young smarty pants replied that there are worse things that could happen. He was still sick in erring and yelling at her to have a nice day as she walked out. It just makes me wonder how some people get jobs w it h out any customer service skills. His appropriate response would have been to apologize and other to help her carry them. Do not defend him, if he can not leave his post, he should have offered her to put them down until after he rang them up. I don't believe he wore a name tag, but he was a young tall guy with a smart mouth.
