Pottery Barn

My wife went in for a return today 1/12/19, in the afternoon. Unlike other Pottery Barn locations, the staff at this location were rude and very snobby. They took longer than needed for her return and questioned her unnecessarily. Overall, she did not feel welcomed and they made her feel out of place. Seeing other similar complaints, something needs to be done and they need to take some cultural sensitivity courses. The customer service was very poor and my wife does not want to return to this store.
