I ordered a dress months ago. It went to the wrong address. I e-mailed Mango. They sent me an e-mail saying they sent it to the correct address for me. I never received it. My e-mails after that were ignored. Please advise.
I have never had this problem with any other company.
The dress was around $78.00.
My last e-mail was a request for a refund.
I would appreciate it if the price of this dress could be refunded back to the card I payed for it on.
