7-Eleven - Placing a complaint about assault by employee

On the morning shift on 12/06/2021 at approximately 8;00 a. M I went to 7 eleven on 818 w 7th st los angeles cal 90071. Once I approached the cashier area I requested 1 pack of camel crush menthol cigarette s. From there the cashier grabed the wrong pack, to wich I replied that was the wrong pack and that I wanted the pack that had the green camel letters, she tend to once again grab the wrong ones, so I again repeated the discripsion of the ciggarrete pack. Then she started getting real loud and said they were all the same. To wich I said it does not matter I am the cunsumer r and I am going to pay for the brand I want.. And I also told her to not yell at me its very unproffesional wich angered her more and when I placed the money on the counter she started threatning me and yelling "do you want the purchase or not because I dont have to sell you nothing.. She took the money and while getting the coin change I expressed about her yelling at me while cursing she then proceeded to real hard throw the change at me. So I got one of the quarters that hit me and threw it back at her. Then I saw he grab somthing from behind the counter and the next thong I knew somthing came flying towards me and smacked me real hard on my forehead near my left eye. I felt threatend in danger and know I am getting assulted by this cashier so I started crabbing the pack of pasterie and started throwing it at he. Then a freing of hers a man came from behind me and pinned down my arms and threw me backwards. She continued yelling in spanish how she was going to beat my [censored] if I didnt leave the store. I ws ad and scared word of vulgarity were exchanged I told her I was placig a complaint because it all got video taped.. And that I was also going to call the police and issue a assult report.. Today it is now the 11th I had a bad migrain headache for 2 whole days after the assult. It is wrong that the employees are able to use physical violence and still have a job the next day. To continue to assult other customers. I want her to be reprimanded from her positon. I am thinking of getting a lawyer tohandle this assult and issue.

Desired outcome: That she be reprimanded, and maybe replaed somwere else I live down the street and I am frightened and havent gone back because she is still there and is making that 7beleen a hostile inviroment.
