Public Storage

I went to my storage unit today to find our lock was gone and another lock was in it's place I called my wife to tell her she told me that she paid there should not be another lock. She called the frount desk to find out what the problem was we were told it was broken into on dec 21st and nobody told the other staff or contacted us or called to tell us that this happen! I found out like this I was told that this happens alot and at least 7 or 17 units were broken into. 2 men and a women came at around 12:00am sometimes waiting to come back around 2 or 3 days later this place has a door that they use a lot and they sometimes bring a ladder to get into or over unit walls this should not happen for what people pay for a little safety yeah you have camera's but no alarm's to go off we will pe taking our business to another storage place!
