Good evening,

Yesterday, my family and I paid to see ‘The shift’ at the Irvine spectrum Regal VIP theater 8 at 3.55 pm.

We paid $66 for 3 seats.

There were only 4 other people in the theater and as the movie began, 3 young teens entered and then made nuisances of themselves - playing with the chair mechanics, making rude remarks, and being loud and throwing food around. I asked them to please quiet down but they continued to spoil the movie for everyone.

When we exited, they were standing with a young man working for regal and it seemed he appeared to be the older sibling of one of the boys. We are pretty sure they didn’t pay to see the movie and had the impression they were looking for a quiet theater to misbehave in.

Please can you ensure only people with tickets are allowed into the VIP experience and maybe have staff police it if there is a request?

$66 is a lot of money for a ruined experience. Thanks!
