Round Table Pizza

On monday 1/10/2022 at 3:00pm order #14 I try to make a delivery at your 19750 beach blivd) Huntington Beach (714) 963-9877 location as I have done meny times in the past for my usual a large pepperion) pineapple) sausage) mushroom) and classic wings 6) I normally check my pizza wall the driver is there but my dog was barking at the driver so I paid the driver my total $48.54 pluse an additional $5 for his servis but when I look at my order I noticed that there was no pineapple on the pizza and I had 5 out of 6 mango habanero wings so I called immediately so it can be fix the driver just left only 4 mints prior I spoke with the lady that this is being reported on an at first no problem at all she simply said I will send the driver back to pick up the in complete order and send a new one out I agreed and so the driver came back and pick up the hole order untouch pizza and 5 wings this is where things go south and get way out of line so 20 mints after the driver has pic up my food and cash this lady calls me to confront me and accuse me of removing the pineapple she said their was some on the bottom so impling that she had tuch and lifted the food witch I only open the box to view so not to tamper with the food I was confused so I gust ask for her to please put pineapple on the pizza and to give me the correct number of wings and that would be fine she then gose on insting that I removed the pineapple and then started calling me a fool the told me that the order would not be corrected and thay would be sending the same incorrect order back at this point I just wanted my cash she continued to be roud loud very confrontationl she told me that my refound was not an option an thats when I ask for her name she hung up on me without resalving the problem so I had to call back and when she pick up I then told her that she has the food and my cash and I would her name she told me stacy and agen hung up on me when the driver arrived I told him that I ask the manager for a refound he told me she told him to drop off the incompleat order and could not refund me I told him I can not except any food and I would figure it out with management I askted if stacy was the manager on duty he told me she has not worked their for years and that the manager on duty was SAM so the left with my food and money once more I called once agen to talk to manager and keep getting hung up on so I finly get throw and told her I will not be accepting incompleat and tamperd with food after about 4 hours of this unreasonable behavior she finally sent the driver back with my money the I had to find a another means to feed my family this behavior
is offensive and out of line it coused a lot of inconvenience and confusion for a diner me and my family lov to injoy on the weekends I know one person actions do not reflected on the hole so I would to at least get some credit for my next order that would be my desired outcome you can email me [protected]@gmail.com or phone [protected]
