I asked for extra opinions on two California classics and wasn’t told that there was an extra charge for the onions or I would not of ordered them. My fries were cold. The oil was oil also needs to be changed as the zucchini didn’t taste good. The bun was also somewhat stale. Usually your food is better. Unfortunately the only thing that meet your standards were the drinks. Store number 1100640 order number 309832 Thank you

Carl's Jr. - Person who answered drive thru says all registers are down and cannot take orders at all
I'm pretty sure all registers were not down. It's an excuse because I can see that the workers are already cleaning inside and do not want to make any orders to sell. Also, driving past the drive thru window…I can see the smirk from the cashier as she tries to look a different way. They still had 1 hour before they closed…I wonder how long they've been doing this…. Lost my business for sure. Time of visit….08/21/2021 at 12:07AM PST. Business hours on Saturdays: 6AM - 1AM.
Desired outcome: Coach the employees who closed.
