I Eva J Lozada went through the booking process was told I would get perks after 7 days never happened joined on line emails for promos tried to get one they informed only 5% off it was advertised 45% then told up to 45%. I have been staying at fairfield hotel 1019 oliver rd I paid $940 per week, one pet from march 1 to april 27 informed I could not stay any longer there was no booking for me. Per week paid $940 per week.$2820 now im homeless very disappointed with the promo mis information, the booking information that I was told that after 30 days I could get no taxes well my 30 days was up the 29th but ihave to leave the 27th there is no openings so how about that for reasoning. I will not stay at extended stay ever I was taken advantage of and feel that I should have gotten some discounts other than mytriple a

Desired outcome: BETTER DISCOUNTS, BETTER SERVICE FROM FRONT DESK TO ASSIST IN BOOKING OTHER THAN ME GETTING ON LINE. I AM 77 YEARS OLD MY SISTER 71 THIS IS HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE EVER
