I have been a member of ME since 2008. Today I went into the store in person to schedule a massage and learned that my membership had been canceled in December of 2020. After some discussion, I learned that I had 28 hours on my account at $55 per hour for a total of $1540 in membership payments made. I requested that my account be reinstated and was told they could not do that, and due to migration to new CRM the hours on my account could not be restored. The manager was called and the issue remains unresolved.
During the pandemic, they suspended automatic deductions from my debit card on file. At some point during this time, I received a new debit card. When auto payments were reinstated, the card on file was denied. The note from the manager of the ME I go to indicates that attempts to call me were made. I checked my phone log and have no missed calls from ME alerting me to issues with my auto payment. A review of my bank records shows that the last auto deduction from my account was made on 3/21/2020.
Desired outcome: Refund of $1540 for unused hours.
