Addams Family 4:20 pm October 26, 2019. I bought 6 tickets for this showing and told the ticket agent we were attending with a person in a wheelchair (my guests had not arrived yet). At this point I was informed that both the elevators and the escalator were inoperative and that we would have to have my guests go to the parking garage, take an elevator up and have a theater employee go get them and bring them thru the catwalk. When our friends arrived, they was no person to go get them. There was one employee in the lobby (Heather) trying to take tickets for all 18 theaters as well as find someone to assist us! This was so unprofessional and insensitive. Our handicap friend waited in the elevator in the hot parking garage for over 15 minutes before an employee arrived to call the elevator to the secure 4th floor. I cannot understand how it is acceptable for there to be no working elevators. While we were waiting for our friends another woman with a walker literally slipped on the unworking escalator and my husband helped her companions keep her from falling! This was so disturbing and awful. This was not a cheap outing for 6 people and our experience was ruined.
