HomeGoods - Manager/customer service employee, El Cajon, CA

I was going to not report this, but once again it happened.
There is a manager at my local store that is very scary to deal with.
Last night I went in just to buy a spatula & pastry brush. I was on my home & knew it would take only 10 minutes or less. I was not on a relaxing shopping spree. Just 1 item, in & out. I was entering the store and the manager who I had a run in with one month ago, stared daggers at me as I came in the door. She said; "Are you here to pick these up?" I said no, I just need a spatula. She was standing by a large furniture pickup by the door. It was 9pm and Homegoods closes at 9:30 pm. First off, I had 30 minutes, why did she shoot the daggers at me? It reminded me of a Seinfeld episode where the characters were frightened to order soup from the restaurant owner. Funny, not so funny. Going back to last month. I had a one item return, with receipt. Making a long story short, she made it difficult. It was much earlier like 8pm. She removed my basket with my receipts in it, emptied my cart and did all this as I stepped away for 30 seconds to look at something. My gift card, paperwork & two items were in the cart. I asked her where it went. She had an employee put everything back & said she didn't think I needed my paperwork. Within 2 minutes, everything was located. As I got up to the counter to pay with my gift card for the 2 items, she said;"I just want to go home." What? You work here? Granted it holiday season but this was just wrong. Why work somewhere if you don't want to be there? This was 30+ minutes from closing. She is a tall woman, probably around 40 years old maximum. I'm sorry her customers put a crimp in her day.

Desired outcome: Attitude adjustment, anger management class, pep talk.
