Crunch Fitness

I canceled my membership in january 2014 and crunch kept billing me. After weeks of trying to get a hold of someone who could help me, I was issued a refund check. I left the country for several weeks only to return and find they began charging again. And again I tried for weeks and weeks to unsuccessfully reach someone and today I received a vicious call from a collections agency telling me my account was past due. I called again and was told i'd get a call back immediately. It has been two hours. They have been nothing but ridiculous and I cannot believe the frustration their inability to follow through has caused and now my credit is in jeopardy. Do not ever join crunch gym!
