Goodwill Industries - Store manager

I shop at this Goodwill at least once a week and I've never had any issues. Today, I was the first customer in the door, and I was excited to do some Christmas shopping. I donate to this store regularly as well as shop, so it's safe to say I enjoy shopping here.
Today was different. I had $300 to spend and as usual, I start at one end of the store and make my way to the other end. Well, from the very beginning, the store manager made me very uncomfortable. First, she made a point to tell other shoppers that the security cameras were being closely monitored. This doesn't bother me at all, as I know I'm not stealing, but this store does have its share of homeless people and I've witnessed people stealing here before. However, the manager was following my every move and seemed to be profiling me! I was shocked and very put off. I can only imagine what people who are wrongly accused feel like! It's horrible! I made a point to go from one end of the store the the other, and sure enough, she was following me! It was so obvious, yet she was trying to act nonchalant about it. Finally, after 2 hours shopping, I had enough! I decided to check out, and guess who was right there behind the checkout! The manager! I decided to confront her. She denied following me, even though it was so obvious. I pointed out that I spend at least $100/week in this store, and her tactics had discouraged me from shopping any longer and the full cart of merchandise worth about $200 would NOT be purchased by me today as her trailing me made me feel like a criminal! So I purchased one item for $5.89 and she tried to tell me the price was $21.99!
Thank goodness the cashier charged me the price that the item was marked and I left the store with only one item after spending two hours finding everything I had wanted to buy, but my spirit to shop was broken. Advice - get to know your regulars, and learn to treat them with respect, instead of treating them like criminals! If your security cameras are really being monitored like you say they are, then you'll see valuable customers like me are not stealing! But because of your decision to profile me, you lost the chance to get my $300! Unbelievable! I guess salvation army will get my business moving forward and everyone of my shopping friends will boycott goodwill industries for wrongly profiling a once $200 or $300 guarantee! Your loss! I'll shop where i'm appreciated thank you!
