I deposited several checks on Thursday, 10/19/2023 8:45am. After the ATM taken the checks, the machine errored out and shut down. I called the employees inside the branch but they said they're still closed so couldn't do anything. I called when the branch is open and reported the issue, and the branch manager said can't do anything.

When I call the corporate, they can't even find my case number, and the emails they promised to sent never reached me (I already checked the spam folder too), and I have to wait 45 days! This is a business account, and the checks I deposited are customer payments, so I have to resolve this immediately, otherwise I dont get any payment to run my business! This matter is as simple as opening up your ATM machine to retrieve my checks back. If you don't believe me, you can check the ATM logs, ATM camera or the building security camera, and see that the machine was indeed having problem.

You open the ATM everyday to clear up the checks right? So it doesn't make sense that you can't give my checks back so I can try again!
